The EHS Digital Systems Administrator for Cytiva is responsible for managing and enhancing our existing EHS Digital tools and systems.
This position is part of Environmental, Health, and Safety department located in the US and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:

• Specific Skillset - Benchmark SME. Deep domain knowledge of system mergers (Cytiva/Pall LS and Cytiva/DHR instances).
• Data governance: implement policies and standards to ensure data consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Harmonize existing OpCo processes into scalable global solutions for DHR.
• Lead through KPIs, using established tools and creative comparisons of data to change data into actionable information, and then sustained actions.
• Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management or other related field
• 10 years experience in digital compliance systems
• Strong understanding of EHS Digital Systems
• Experience with Benchmark implementation projects, including data feeds, application configuration, and user requirement specifications.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Cornerstone on Demand
• Use of DBS/Problem Solving tools

The salary range for this role is $90-$130k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonincentive pay.
