Megan Collective a boutique restaurant group located in Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware is currently seeking servers with bar experience for Dalmata Italiano.

We are looking for Super Stars that understand quality of service extends to the set up of a restaurant and the break down to make a complete circle of a great experience for our guests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Toast
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle food preparation, food handling, and food service efficiently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent guest services
- Experience in upselling and maximizing sales opportunities
- Culinary experience and basic math skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to Bartend or willingness to learn

- 21 to serve/bartend

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
