Strong computer skills and Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Provide overall support for multiple Physicians and office operations.
• Prepare patients for examination. Take patient histories and vital signs.
• Update electronic medical records. Obtaining records from referring physicians.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Refilling medications, educating patients, and reviewing and informing physician of test results.
• Scheduling of tests, treatments, and obtaining prior authorizations.
• Triage telephone calls for referral to physician.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks EMR experience required
• Traveling between local offices required, so good transportation is a must.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
