Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager at Dalkia Energy Solutions will be responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale Streetlight projects in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time, salaried position is a crucial management role within the company, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful project completion. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and meet client expectations. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Streetlight infrastructure and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to update them on project progress and resolve any issues that arise
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate any concerns to upper management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, procurement, and engineering, to secure necessary resources and ensure project objectives are met
- Track project financials, including budget, costs, and revenue, and make proactive adjustments to meet financial targets
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project management and energy efficient streetlight solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy industry
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed
