Position Overview:
The Roofing Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to roofing projects in the San Antonio area. This position requires you to drive your vehicle to multiple job sites every day. The candidate who obtains this position will recieve a gas card, EZ Tag for their vehicle, oil change reimbursement, and tire reimbursement(upon approval). Working closely with the project manager and construction team, the Field Supervisor will ensure that roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards and timelines. Roofing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Roofing Crews: Direct and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to support efficient project execution.
• Work Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the development of project work plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site, conduct safety meetings, and promote a culture of safety awareness among roofing crews.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges that may arise during roofing projects, and implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes or deviations from the original project plan.
• Verification: Verify if the home is ready for roof installation

And other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
