• Plans, organizes and manages assigned work groups within the production areas.
• Ensures that production equipment is working safely and efficiently.

• Coordinates maintenance needs for departmental operations.
• Coordinates with the scheduling department to maintain daily operations
• Ensures operations are within specifications.
• Coordinate the training and development of their employees as needed.
• Administers company policies correctly and in a uniform manner
• Responsible for attendance, performance, and corrective action of all associates in assigned area
• Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Knowledge of ceramic manufacturing and ISO quality standards is preferred. Basic computer literacy.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience. Lead or previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Core competencies include strong communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to train, motivate, and coach associates.
