DakotAbilities, a human service agency providing vocational and residential services for adults with developmental disabilities, is looking to fill Full-time Lead DSP positions. We need people who are rock stars at providing ADLs and know their way around Therap. If you dont know what ADLs and Therap are, this positions is probably not for you.
Responsibilities include providing daily living support to people with disabilities in their home, assisting them to achieve their personal goals, and helping train and shape your team.
This position includes competitive pay and a great benefit package! Schedules are 36hr/wk and include a mix of evening, weekend, and day shifts.
