This position is funded with potential of a fulltime position within the department after one year.
What you will do
This role will function as a technical Business Analyst gathering the requirements to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business systems that support the core functions of the Employment & Economic Assistance Department. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, developing business requirements, and completing the actual system improvements. This position is responsible for making the use of electronic document management systems, process automation, and data pipelines as efficient as possible. This is a hybrid position working remote and on-site at the Dakota County Norther Services Center in West St. Paul.
