Job Overview:

We strive to create and maintain a positive, clean, inviting environment for fans and other team members. Assist fans with menu navigation and product ingredient questions as well as maintain an accurate cash drawer and deliver timely and exceptional service to all fans. Team Members will also be expected to prepare and assemble quality treat orders following restaurant health and safety standards and procedures. Perform tasks assigned by management such as cleaning and stocking.

Essential Functions:

• Sixteen years or older.
• Start and complete transactions with customers. (This includes: greeting customers, communicating with a positive, patient attitude, and accurate cash transactions.)
• Proper product preparation and order coordination.
• Prepare food products according to food preparation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning and organizing tasks in all areas of the store.
• Stock supplies and products as needed throughout the shift.
• Work as a team to assure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Higher pay may be available for applicants who demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and accomplish tasks without being directed.
