Job description
A Shift Leader is responsible for assisting in the management of a Dairy Queen Restaurant towards the attainment of agreed-upon Company goals and profits. Responsibilities include:
Assisting the General Manager with all facets of operating the restaurant.
Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
Supporting the General Manager with all aspects of operating the restaurant including customer service, and some administrative duties
Candidates Must be 18 years or older and should exhibit the following behaviors and/or skills:
- Outstanding motivational and leadership abilities
- Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Positive mental attitude
- Enjoys working with a team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Drive and determination
- A desire for personal and professional growth
The rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience
