Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems and equipment
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry
- Must have a valid Driver's license and can pass a background check.
