Job Functions
- Deliver excellence through time management and high DQ quality standards while keeping good communication with front of house crew and shift leads. Setting your shift up for success!
- Meet or exceed Dairy Queen brand standards with competency in preparing meals correctly and consistently.
- Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members while
- Calmly voicing concerns and embracing Dairy Queen's standards
- Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and team members
- Be willing to work with management on special projects or assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Minimum 6 mo of restaurant experience; previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- Able to lift 40lbs. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Maintain a clean uniform and safe food handling practices. Serve Safe license recommended.
