Assistant Manager Dairy Queen

Position is to support the manager and staff in all daily duties trained and authorized to carry out. The job duties and physical requirements include but are not limited to the following:

Duties

• Fulfill cashier shifts.
• Maintain store appearance.
• Maintain store stock.
• Provide direction to cashiers.
• Train employees on all safety measures and guidelines.
• Train employees on all company policies and procedures.
• Hold all employees accountable for upholding all company policies and procedures.
• Communication with vendors on stock and orders.
• Complete orders and check in of orders with vendors.
• Minor customer service issues/complaints.
• Report of operating issues or incidents.
• Report equipment issues or hazards.
• Assist in daily invoices and reports for back office

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours in a day.
• Squatting, bending multiple times in a day.
• Lifting or carrying freight up to 25lbs.
• Push and pulling freight up to 25lbs.
