Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store - Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees - Monitor market trends and analyze buying patterns to optimize sales - Support in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire team members - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial analysis - Experience in retail management with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to conduct interviews and recruit suitable candidates - Knowledge of stock control procedures for efficient inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
