Participate in a cross-functional team environment responsible for development and support of core Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) business applications and processes. The Business Intelligence (BI) analyst / developer will architect, develop, and provide operational support skills to deliver and maintain business intelligence, data warehousing, reporting, and visualization solutions for a wide range of business functions and user communities. The BI analyst / developer will function as part of DFA's IT organization and follow relevant applications, infrastructure and governance processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ETL Scripts and pipelines
• Acquire data from various and multiple sources, transforming it to reporting ready data marts based on business requirements
• Coordinate ETL development and testing activities with teammates and business resources
• Create technical specifications for data flows and transformations
• Follow established standards
• Ensure data quality with data modelers and / or business analysts through regression testing and troubleshooting
• Coordinate change management with business analysts and BI analytics teammates

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Data Science or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a SQL developer/Data Warehouse/BI Developer
• Strong skills with MS SQL Server

Recommended Qualifications:

Experience

• Knowledge of Azure Data factory, SSRS, SSAS (Tabular), AAS , C# and PowerShell
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment
