Job Description: Functions as the in house artist of crafted drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) This artist will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our restaurant and lounge experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology is worth raising a glass to! Responsible for the wine program, ordering and maintenance of the entire beverage program. This leader is able to consistently ignite the human spirit by creating unrivaled hospitality experiences fueled by fun, enthusiasm and compassion that challenge each person to unlock their own potential.

· Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way

· Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines

· Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

· Other duties as assigned

· Impeccable knowledge in the steps of delivering service for up-scale dining

· Stays current and is knowledgeable on the latest drink trends

· Understands the fundamentals of Mixology and ability to uphold our Beverage Culture

· Deep knowledge of how food, wine, beer, spirits and other beverage work in harmony with food selection

· The ability to suggest wines that will best complement particular foods off the food menu

· Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and alcohol policies

Physical Requirements - (not limited to)

· Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.

· Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces.

· Must be able to operate motor vehicle using safety precautions.

· Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception.

· Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

· Must be able to work indoor, outdoor, in extreme heat and cold.

· Must be able to work around moderate noise level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
