We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in appliance, electronics, or technology sales
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Basic knowledge of technology products and trends
