Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The Customer Service Assistant will provide essential support to Daily Dot Art's customer service team, assisting with various tasks related to customer inquiries, order processing, and general administrative duties. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about art and eager to start their career in customer service.
Job: Full time
Pay range: $18.50 to $29.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance, and addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Support the processing of customer orders, including entering order details into the company's database system, tracking order status, and assisting with order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers with selecting artworks, artists, and collections based on their preferences and interests.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and complaints by escalating complex issues to senior customer service representatives or supervisors and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
