Summary Description: The Inside Builder Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining business relationships with existing customers such as builders, contractors, homeowners, etc. |
Primary Duties/Responsibilities: · Cultivates and maintains relationships with current accounts and establish new accounts. · Provide and present quality kitchen and bath drawings, measurements, and estimates according to the client’s expectations. · Communicate and discuss any measurements and designs with design team to ensure accuracy. · Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger. · Develop sales and design solutions for builders/homeowners as well as make strategic pricing and project management. · Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity; document the customer sales process and maintain customer records. · Meet established sales goals and key business metrics. |
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: · Sales experience in the construction, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or relatable industry required. · Cabinet, Kitchen and Bath Dealer sales experience, a plus. · Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to work within a team environment. · Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to find connections between the company’s products and client’s needs and to provide alternative solutions. · Ability to manage multiple projects and execute time-sensitive and critical tasks. · Detail oriented and organized. · 20/20 Design software experience, a plus. |
