Daigle Commercial Group, Inc is Hiring an Office Manager and Administrative Support for Commercial Real Estate Office Near Portland, ME

Expanding Hospitality Real Estate Firm seeking Office Manager with real estate agency background to assist with brokerage support activities from Portland Office location. Experience in real estate practice is important. Real estate license and/or agency office administration is a plus. Commercial real estate experience of any kind is highly desirable.

Individual must have excellent communication and computer skills, be personable, flexible, and capable of multitasking. College degree and/or other specialized advanced qualifications such as agency management experience, or paralegal desirable. Will consider flexible hours for a candidate with the necessary skills and qualifications. Lucrative compensation commensurate with experience. Upscale office environment (in-town location) and opportunity for individual growth while working with an experienced and capable team. Garage parking included.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Edit established documents
  • Provide administrative support to Brokers and Office team
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Track email communication
  • Assist with advertising/marketing efforts
  • Maintain files and assist with weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain/Order Office Supplies and track related inventory

Requirements

  • High level skills such Paralegal and/or executive office management experience desirable
  • Forward thinker who anticipates needs
  • Experience with real estate transactions essential
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel essential), Adobe Acrobat, GSuite and QuickBooks experience desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
