Dahlgren Duck is the leading provider of housewares, furniture, and design services in the hospitality industry. We are looking for someone in our OS&E sales department to guide clients through new housewares projects as well as pursue new prospects. It is important that this individual is excellent at communicating, thorough in understanding client needs, mindful of internal processes and business practices, well-versed in product options, detailed, accurate, and reliable. This person must collaborate well with our internal team to help transition sales to order fulfillment. Updating customer/prospect/opportunity contact information and using our ERP and sales systems are daily expectations.

We are not necessarily looking for someone with a sales background, but mostly someone who enjoys developing relationships, is eager to continuously learn about products and client needs, is self-motivated, and contributes to a respectful and trusting work environment.

This position requires travel to conferences, occasional trips to visit clients, and the possibility of giving presentations (around 5 trips per year). This person needs to be comfortable using our internal systems and, ideally, able to teach clients how to use our supporting systems. When not traveling, most days will be spent at our Parker, CO office to add to our collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
