Title: HR Coordinator

Wage: $20-$21.50/hr

Location: Rockland, MA

Contract: 12 months w/ likelihood of extension or conversion

What you’ll do as the HR Coordinator:

• Record meeting minutes and prepare summary of proceedings
• Maintain the employee information system
• Update and audit HR and payroll records
• Respond to phone calls
• Set up the personnel files and databases for contract employees
• Exercise discretion in all matters of confidentiality
• Gather and assemble information for reports as directed by supervisor
• Administer training invitations, registrations, and confirmations
• Provide “how-to” instructions and answers questions on work processes within the same work group
• Handle routine problems requiring solutions that are based on assembly and examination of readily available facts and past experience in similar situations

What you’ll bring to the HR Coordinator role:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Broad level of knowledge of a specialized area within a functional discipline
• General knowledge and understanding of work group policies and procedures to facilitate completion of tasks
