- Contract Duration : 12-months
- Work Schedule : Monday - Friday
- Worksite Location : Greensboro, North Carolina Hybrid
- Compensation : $20.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a Data Entry Assistant :
- Process installation equipment orders for 3 of 16 Field Sales districts
- Maintain installation updates for 3 of 16 Field Sales districts
- Serve as back up to the Install Coordinator on rollout projects in the manager's absence or during periods of overflow
- Process 3rd party invoices
- Manage and process all QSR construction reports received from acquired accounts
What you’ll bring to the Data Entry Assistant role :
- High school diploma
- 2 years of related work experience
- Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel & Word
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience working with SAP
