Our Canvass Managers enjoy:

Lucrative earning potential-

• Guaranteed base rate of $55,000/annually.
• Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
• Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
• Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000 annually.

Day to Day:

• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what we have to offer to new and existing customers.
• Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
• Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
• Complete a paid basic management course provided by our company.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Previous experience in leadership or management is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
