Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Coordinator in our bustling dental office! We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all front office operations, ensuring top-notch service for our patients, parents, and guardians. This role prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Travel Required: Easley 3-4 days / monthÂ
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in a professional, medical, or dental setting with direct customer service exposure.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Ability to commute between multiple locations.
- Customer-centric approach with a consistently pleasant communication style.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of liaising effectively with colleagues and management.
- Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in PC operations; willingness to learn and adapt to new software programs as needed.
