D2B Groups is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Raleigh, NC

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing the payroll for our employees. Your duties will include calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, ensuring accurate and timely payment, and maintaining payroll records. You will also be responsible for addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving any payroll discrepancies. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience with multi-state Payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of ADP payroll processing
  • Ability to accurately calculate wages and deductions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
