Responsibilities included:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to Caterpillar, Deere, Bobcat: Excavators, Loaders, Off-road trucks, Bulldozers, and compactors.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Safely utilize equipment within 0.2' tolerances in active construction environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Experience with grade assist and grade control systems is a plus.
Requirements:
- We work in highly secure environments. US work authorization and a clean criminal record are requirements.
- Safety is a top priority: OSHA 10-Hour certificates is a plus.
- Must have proven experience in safely operating and routine daily care of heavy equipment.
- Must be able to read and understand project documents, including drawings and specifications.
-Must be able to assist with project survey stakeout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be willing to and to be able to assist with minor labor activities such as Traffic Control, spreading filter fabric, grading a broom etc... as required for a successful project
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
