Medical Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant

We are a female owned 5-star rated clinic with a talented and friendly team looking for a medical receptionist that is either already a chiropractic assistant or can be trained as a chiropractic assistant.
Our Injury Clinic and Wellness Center offers acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy in a welcoming inclusive environment with a focus on patient, staff and community well-being.
Looking for someone who loves the idea of working for a small business environment with a core team and has an interest or passion for alternative medicine.

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required in all medical settings in Oregon.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Is to be able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish. This is REQUIRED.

Preferred:

CA (Chiropractic Assistant) License is preferred but could be acquired after joining the team.
Medical experience.
Scheduling experience.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe.
Experience with practice management software (Office Ally) is a plus.
