As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and customer focused Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

Are you a go-getter with a turbocharged drive for success? As our BDC Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our sales force, fueling our dealership with a constant stream of sales opportunities and turbocharging our customer engagement efforts. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, igniting their passion for our vehicles and guiding them on their journey to finding their dream car. If you’re ready to shift your career into high gear and open the door to unlimited success, come join us!

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming leads from various sources including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.

· Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

· Qualify leads based on customer needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions.

· Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and sales consultations

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide support as needed.

· Provide exceptions customer service and support throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Track and report on key performance metrics and outcomes.
