JOB SUMMARY: This job is located in the Technical Support Division of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Phone/Chat/email based troubleshooting for consumer Networking and IOT devices (Routers, WiFi Access points, Network Cameras) network issues, identify root causes, and report reproduceable product issues to internal tracking suite.
• Provide technical support to end-users and clients by responding to inquiries, diagnosing problems, and offering timely solutions both remotely and on-site if required.
• Assist in maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to computer networking and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in all interactions and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Familiarity with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and end-users.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Prior experience, internship, or coursework in a similar role is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
