Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching employees on effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands.
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to develop a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
