Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance and groundskeeping operations. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all landscaping projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties: - Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of landscape maintenance projects - Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the production team - Oversee the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and irrigation systems - Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards - Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects - Train and develop team members on proper techniques and safety procedures - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service - Manage budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources Qualifications: - Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - In-depth knowledge of garden care, lawn maintenance, tree care, and irrigation systems - Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors - Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth within the company If you have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for the position of Production Manager.
