JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ownership of key HR operational tasks, to include payroll and benefits administration, employee onboarding, and employee engagement/recognition program design.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines. This role is located in Cartersville, GA and does not provide relocation.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary on occasion depending on work load.
