We are looking for a Laborer to perform tasks like hand shoveling using hand tools & training on laser equipment to set curbs. If you LOVE being outdoors & working with your hands, have a background in construction, and have some knowledge of excavation, equipment, & safety knowledge, consider joining our tight-knit, supportive team!

Our Ideal Laborer:

• Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training available. Higher pay for candidates with knowledge of construction, excavation & equipment, safety knowledge, and general knowledge of safety equipment.
• Computer/Technology Skills: A smartphone is required to use the company app for tracking hours, etc.
• Active: This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs. & exerting up to 100 lbs., lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, & repetitive motion.
• Team Player: Ability to get along and work efficiently with a team of 2 or more workers. Owns up to mistakes, pulls their own weight, & is friendly.
• Reliable & Trustworthy: Work hours are 7 am to 5/5:30 pm, about 50 hours per week. Must be willing to put in overtime. Saturdays are optional but highly preferred.
• Desire to Learn: We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates and are eager to provide advancement opportunities for people who are motivated to learn.
• Motivated: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone who is friendly and a good team player.
• Safety Clothing: Steel tip boots & work pants are needed.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid PA License & reliable transportation.
• Tools required: Must have your tools after 90 days. The tool listincludes a 20-ft. tape measure, 1-lb hammer, variety of screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, torpedo level, string line, and a utility knife.
• Travel: 90% of job sites are within a 30-mile radius. Per diem pay applies for jobs over 30 miles from the shop. (Mileage starts after 30 miles)
