This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Customer Service Representative. The Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs. The Lead Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for overseeing the training and development of the customer service team. Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing a team or leading a customer service department
  • Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
