As a DCASSA Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for crushing sales targets and closing deals while helping clients to get their dream home completed. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
-Prospect, qualify, and close leads like a champ
-Educate customers on our products with enthusiasm and charisma
-Hustle hard to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
-A hunger for success and a relentless drive to make money
-Previous sales experience preferred, but not required – we'll teach you everything you need to know!
-Active and valid driver license
-Ability to thrive in an outside work setting while organizing your own schedule.
Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience in Kitchen, Closets & Furniture sales is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independent
