About this Opportunity:

This is a part time position 24 hours a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The Support Technician plays a key role by working with leaders to support technology move, add and change requests. The Support Technician will become an expert in technology deployment and delivery, ensuring D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s team members are setup to be successful. In addition, the Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining various system directories, licensing, inventory tracking and technology provisioning. The Support Technician must be very detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism. The Support Technician will report to the Director of Information Technology and Security.

Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Support Technician?

Our ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED equivalent with similar experience and certifications in Microsoft technologies preferred. Prior experience working in a technology service role or tier one help desk environment. Provisioning mailboxes in a hybrid Exchange environment. Solid understanding of Windows 10 and 11 in a hybrid Azure AD environment. Familiar with Chrome OS device management and deployment using Google Admin. Familiar with various deployment technologies, such as, Intune and Kace SMA KScripts. Solid understanding of networking technologies in a multi-campus LAN / WAN environment using Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). Experience with Hybrid Azure Active Directory and Azure Sync is a plus. Hands on experience with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair or deploy laptops, desktops, smart phones, desk phones, printers, etc.
