Reports To: Foster Care Supervisor
Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid position with 10%-20% travel to Grand Rapids as required. This position is open to CWTI trained candidates who can earn a $5,000 bonus upon hire. ** To receive a $5,000.00 bonus, CWTI training must be previously completed or you must be CWTI certified AND actively working in the field OR have worked in the field in the last 24 months.

Our ideal candidate will have a heart for providing outstanding foster care services. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required. Flexibility in your schedule and reliability are crucial to this role. Must have a valid driver's license.
