The Contract - Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and will be primarily focused on candidate scheduling and requisition management (creation, edits, etc.). The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage requisition administration in Greenhouse ATS, including requisition creation edits, posting, and closing.
• Efficiently manage all aspects of the candidate interview process. This includes scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and the preparation of interview materials. Ensure seamless resource and room allocation, and set up teleconferences and video conferences as needed.
• Maintain and update candidate information and progress in our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prioritize a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Be a valuable point of contact for candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources, preferably in a biotech/biopharmaceutical company OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks and handling numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Proven orientation of being detail-oriented and organized, taking initiative and having a pro-active approach.
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office: Tuesday and Thursday core days in office)
