Carrollton Nursing and Rehab is looking for an energetic Unit Clerk to join our team!

General Duties:

• Filing and data entry
• Typing reports & correspondence as required
• Assisting with the admissions / discharge process
• Relaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team
• Maintain medical records as per protocol, assist with filing medical charts as required
• Provide unit staff with need supplies and forms
• Inventories unit/office supplies & performs all other related duties

Requirements:

• CNA Certification Preferred 
• Be pleasant with a great phone manner & strong computer skills
• Have a great attitude and be a customer service focused individual
• Be proficient and organized
• Have the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
• Be knowledgeable in medical terminology
• Must have high school diploma
