Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full-time Unit Clerk. This position performs duties that maintain order and efficiency of the nursing station, meets facility needs and complies with State, Federal and local regulations. This position provides clerical support and record keeping for the medical aspects of resident care at Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab under the general supervision of the Unit Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor. The Unit Clerk is expected to work independently in the processing and recording of forms, records and vital statistics.
