Cypress Row is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near Florence, AL

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager or chef.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
