Field Marketing Support Specialist Our client is hiring a Field Marketing Support Specialist to join their team, focusing on theEnterprise and Commercial Segments in the Americas.

In this role, you'll work alongside field marketing managers, assisting with program logistics and operational processes.

Your main goal will be to help the company reach their targets, generate MQLs, and enhance pipeline contribution within these segments.

This person is a highly organized person, a fast learner, great at communication and efficient at multitasking. Responsibilities :

• Completing lead files and uploads with mandatory information using designated tools
• Managing shipments and logistics for field marketing events
• Managing our swag inventory in ReachDesk
• Handling procurement and finance logistics like purchase requisitions
• Creating tickets for SFDC campaigns, landing pages, emails, etc.
• Managing communications with finance, procurement, and marketing operations teams for all requests / tickets / submissions
• Supporting Field Marketing Managers with special projects
• Create campaigns via Zendesk
• Enrich lead lists using ZoomInfo
• Submit lead lists for upload via Zendesk
• Update records in Smartsheet

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Close attention to detail with emphasis on meeting critical deadlines
• Required : Excel
• Nice to have : ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Smartsheet, SFDC
• Tech-savvy and some experience with Martech tools like SFDC, Zendesk, etc
• Proactive, self-motivated, innovative and collaborative
• Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and peers

Compensation : $19.00 - $25.18 per hour ID# : 1316126
