Responsibilities:

• Support the Supply Chain Team by issuing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support all O&M (Operations and Maintenance) purchase orders- including all inventory related items, invoicing, sourcing, RFQ's, and receiving.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to obtain qualification and onboarding requirements, including documentation including AVL (Approved Vendor List) management on behalf of O&M.
• Support process improvements and developing standard operating procedures within the Supply Chain team.
• Ensure all strategic sourcing initiatives are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers.
• Support all functions of the organization with vendor-related issues within Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and lead the effort to remedy such issues.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure that invoices are paid on time.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience required.
• Renewable Energy experience is a plus.
• Prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines.
• Perform well within a dynamic environment.
• Able to communicate effectively across various departments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Durham, NC based preferably
