The Role
Cypress Creek is currently seeking Corporate Counsel to join the Company's Legal team. This individual will be responsible for providing primary legal support on project finance and M&A transactions as well as other contract negotiations. The position will report directly to the General Counsel.
Cypress Creek attorneys do not "just turn documents" – they are true partners with our commercial leads in structuring, executing and closing complex transactions. This individual will be expected not just to accommodate, but to advocate business considerations in the performance of their role; to act independent of, and occasionally to act as, the commercial lead on negotiations. The individual will have access to Cypress Creek's deep internal bench across the development, finance, construction, procurement, operations and management verticals to support execution and to help the individual grow their own skillset and industry knowledge.
