• Semi-independently execute defined experiments, data analysis and data QC.
• Report on scientific results to meet project deadlines.
• Work at the bench to develop and execute established and Client molecular and cell-based assays for drug screening as well as understanding molecular pathways (Proliferation, Apoptosis, Flow Cytometry etc).
• Perform cell biology and molecular biology including primary and tumor cell culture, lentiviral transductions, RNA and protein preparation from cells and tissue, RT-PCR, western blotting, and ELISA.
• Some training may be provided.
• Hands-on experience in working with CRISPR, siRNA and shRNA is a plus.
