Responsibilities :

• In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products.
• Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills.
• Perform visual checks of the product to assure quality.
• Multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts.

Qualifications :

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Good hand / eye coordination.
• Read drawings / blueprints / work instructions.
• Demonstrated problem solving techniques.
• Related manufacturing work experience : 1-3 years.
• Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus.
• Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred.
• Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room.
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
