Develop and lead key strategic programs designed to drive Client Luxe Field Team success against ambitious priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Luxe Host Ops, Advanced Analytics, Commercial Products, Finance) to implement new levers and workflows to enable Field Team success.
Influence data and tools roadmap to ensure program needs are supported and Luxe Field Team capabilities are continually advanced.
Drive program outcomes and deliver solutions to increase Luxe Field Team productivity and reduce operational overhead.
Define, scale, and manage a roadmap for critical strategic programs such as availability, price competitiveness, retention, scaled outreach, and quality.
Partner with Ops and Enablement to define and roll-out tactics, Field Team challenges, and SPIFs that will support meeting and exceeding of targets.
Track results and report on key performance metrics and insights - become a go-to source of program knowledge on the Client Luxe organization.

8-10 years experience with a combination of sales, account management, operations, program management and strategy.
