Job Description :

Pay Range $13.28hr - $19.28hr

Responsibilities :

• Process all accounts payable checks and distribution.
• Respond to questions associated with check payments via email or phone with high customer service.
• Labels storage containers with contents and descriptions.
• Prepares record file containers for off-site storage.
• Responds to record request via phone and email.
• Enters requests into an established computer database.
• Follows procedures used to perform job functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• HS diploma required.
• Microsoft skills.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be professional with commitment.
• Must be willing to learn.
• SAP experience desired, but not necessary.
