Job Title: Clerk/Receptionist I

Job Description:
This is a file clerk position.

**This is a smaller team. "Purchase to Pay" department, including up to 4. Total of approximately 80 on other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all accounts payable checks and distribution.
• Respond to questions associated with check payments via email or phone with high customer service.
• Labels storage containers with contents and descriptions.
• Prepares record file containers for off-site storage.
• Responds to record request via phone and/or email.
• Enters requests into an established computer database.
• Follows procedures used to perform job functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
HS diploma required.
Micrsoft skills.
Must be reliable.
Must be professional with commitment!
Must be willing to learn.

SAP experience desired, but not necessary.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $19.28 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
